The Center for Teaching Excellence is planning its first ever Be Well, Learn Well Week which will be held April 17th-21st, 2023. This will be a week in which the entire campus community is invited to pay extra attention to their well-being and the impact it has on learning and to take some time for themselves.

All campus departments and groups (students, faculty, staff, administration, everyone!) are encouraged to host their own well-being promoting activities during this week. If you are interested in sponsoring an activity, please answer the questions in the Be Well, Learn Well Week Department/Group Host Registration Form.

If you need help choosing an activity you can view a list of example activities generated by The Center for Teaching Excellence. You can also look at the list of activities that other groups on campus are sponsoring.

Remember to look for announcements with details on the sponsored activities as they become available. Share what you are doing with #BeWellLearnWell.
